"Christmas Photo"

Well,
It seems I am the official photographer for my husbands side of the family. This year I finally asked if someone would take a picture with me and my kids. You would think my husband is a widower from the family photo albums
I was hoping to get a good one to do a family portrait from but this was the best they did. Anyway, thought I would post it.

haha look at the size of her husband duke. hed pound you in the ground like a jackhammer. (just kidding. i know it was all in good fun, as was my comment)

nice photo. but hard for a drawing, i would reduce the gamma, take it to sepia. the lighting is difficult. your daughter's face is very hot (in the photo sense, not the pedophile sense) and that might give you issues.

anyway, its a lovely photo of lovely family, but in my opinion you're gonna make it pretty hard on yourself to use it as a reference. but the miracle of modern technology might allow you to even out the contrast a little.

good luck and happy holidays

Quote Great PIC. it's nice to see what you look like. Are you going to do a self-portrait?

I've tried to twice and ripped them both up. I just can't seem to have an urge to try to draw my own face <yuk> it's like looking in a mirror and ripping it apart. Maybe one day I'll try again.

PS
Hubby is almost 6'7" and close to 300 pounds but he's a giant teddy bear. You can see now about why he was an offensive tackle for the Washington Huskies! I love it though, although I'm 5'7" it makes me feel petite (c:

Nice pix Steph, but all I can see is your hubby and your children.................did I read it right that, that's you beside your husband? Could have been just like a couple of years older than your daughter huh.... Okay now I know you feel younger...... keep it that way... just kidding Steph. Pls extend my best wishes for the holiday to your family. God bless.

Oh I love you! <<LOL>> Thank you, at 33 for some reason I'm feeling REALLY old. I think it's been all the poop thats happened this year. It's giving me grey hairs!

Hope everyone is having a good Holiday so far.
