Ok here is my Clint Eastwood portrait again. I think Im done with it. I tried to get the shirt texture close but I couldnt get the right texture so I just winged it. The right shirt collar is a bit different cause I tried a different technique there so it looks a bit odd. I'll chalk it up as an experience. Maybe my next portrait will be better than this one. There may be some spots in the face that might need more tones but If I mess with it anymore I'll probably mess it up .
There is a few hightlight on the shirt I need to add but its finsihed for the time being. Going onto another project. Ill come back and tweak it later.

It looks really good Avantar, and I'm sure your next one will be even better!

Nice job on the scarf and the beard. If it's not still late just add a little tone on his hat. Keep it up and God bless.

Very well done. Great job on the blending but I must say this would be a more striking piece if you added more contrast to the face and clothing. I do the exact same thing....afraid to go too dark. Darkening the shadow areas will really bring this drawing alive.

Avantar, I know you said your moving on to something else, but I agree with others that darkening under the hat, and daker tonings on the face, will much improve this already great drawing! gleninca
