This one looks much smoother when I look it but my scanner sees it like this.
As usual original is done on 8´ x 11´ cheap drawingpaper – which is for some reason very difficult to scan, Derwent graphite pencils (H, F, HB, 3B - 9B) and black colour pencil blended with chamois and blue tack.
I include couple closeups which look little smoother.

Now this looks good after those minor modifications you have obviously made. Did you use anything else but 3B on the darkest shadows?

Wow! I love how the dark areas and the light areas work together to make the picture jump right out. It wouldn't look as good if you didn't achieve the rich darks you have.
I cringed when I read "cheap drawing paper". Your talent stretches beyond "doodeling". Upgrade!
Good job! Thank you for sharing!

Very nice JL

You seem to know how to handle this drawing stuff really well. How long have you been doing them?

Bob

Thanks theduke, its sort of a side project so I´ve done it couple of months and timing is bit difficult, maybe 25-30 hours.
Thanks Jim , do you have address of her fan club, so I can post this there? Unless its http://www.geocities.com/legend10013/main.htm where I allready posted this one?.
Thanks Verdaccio.
Thanks RUSH27, I do more important pics on better paper but this was mainly an practice piece.
Thanks Bob, I´ve started to draw last March; of cause I draw as kid, but I haven´t try to draw anything seriously until then.

yup thats the address ...i was going to post it for you ,..but its kind of a long one and i always forget at least one dot or slash
at the end,....the web sure is a small place,...you must search for places that take fan art as much as i do....also the lucy lawless fan sites take a lot of fan art,....but i think the biggest stopped taking them cause so many people sent in art.
if i run into any cool sites that take fan art ill post ya the links.
there is one more thats pretty cool just search for team nicole...for nicole kidman(team nicole).. www.teamnicole.com <might be the address it has a whole gallery full of drawings..it even has one of my older works in it,that i want to delete ...i want to do a new one for her site too.
take care

i forgot to add..that iff you go to the site ..its huge...so you have to search "pictures" i think...then you should see the link for "art " or "fan art".
its pretty cool
