Hi Everyone,I had the need for some frisket material today as I am doing the examples in JD's Texture book. When I went to the local ACMoore store to see if they had it, I found some at the airbrush display. But it was very expensive. I looked around the store in other areas to see if there was another brand or something else that could be used.
Did not find any frisket material, but I did see something called See-Thru. It was only $1.99 for the roll so I decided to try it.
Guess what? It works and very nicely at that.
The information on the package is:
Clear Cover Self Adhesive Covering See-Thru Repositionable and is manufactured by Magic Cover Division Kittrich Corp, Los Angeles, CA 90058.
The roll was 13 1/2" wide by 5 foot long. There is a larger size roll available too, but I did not check the size.
I found it very close to the art material section and nere where they had kids construction paper.
If you need a frisket and want to save a bundle, give this a try.
