Hi everybody!
What is going on with this forum? Isn't it "little bit" short?

Hope everything will be normal soon:-)

Any way, I am finally back to my graphite/charcoal love.
Here is my latest commission.

Now, please, please, please!!! tell me the truth: WHAT IS WRONG WITH THIS PICTURE??????

Excellent drawing. Image looks a bit sharp to me (You might have set that option while scanning ??) Tenderness and skin tones in drawing are great. It really inspires me to try babies which is said to be hardest part of portraiture.

Seeing new drawing being posted gives me a little hope that lifes gonna be back to normal not very far from now specially with this drawing of a cute little angel. Hi Alyona, well, I don't want to sound like a parrot but I really agree to what Jim said. Keep up the good work. I'll try to post the final outcome of the wolverine that I have been working on for a month now which is done in colored pencil, your master piece.

That really is beautiful, Alyona, and a great! likeness, perhaps her hair in the photo looks a bit softer and less of it, but it doesn't really affect the drawing. That's really good!

Alyona, you have really captured this photo onto your drawing! Whats the grid like you are using or do you use lightbox etc.?

btw, looks like the jpeg sucks here a bit. Is it because of scanner or have you resized jpeg smaller on html? It would be nice to see this picture with better resolution.
