"Just for fun"

Here is a quick drawing I did of my granddaughter just for the fun of it.She is my little angel ....I had a lot of trouble with it because the original is a 4x6 that was not very clear. It is also the first time I seriously worked on hands.I think she looks dirty...any comments welcome.

Vickie, that's cute! Great job on her expression! The shading on the hands does look a little muddy, but I'm not sure what to tell you...

Hey Vickie,
I love this drawing....you did a great job...I smiled instantly when I saw it...well, to be honest I couldn't help but poke my tongue out just like that....lol.......she's a cutie!

Absolutely gorgeous, a really mischievous look I don't how to stop the 'dirty' look, I get that too, I'll stay tuned if any one has a suggestion

Vickie,
I think she is adoreable! I don't really think the hands look dirty, the tones match the shadows of the picture. Great job!

Thanks everyone...on this one I used graphite pencils 2h,3B,6B....for the jacket I used the felt to blend. It does give a nice textured look to things.
