NAVIGATION
Good clean looks. Very efficient navigation (Dynamic Drive is a great place to look isn't it!) and it loads quickly.
ERROR
I'm on "Match #1" page and the HOME button gives a 404 (page not found). As you're using an external .JS file I can't tell you why. In fact the HOME button gives a 404 on every page I've tried. Don't forget your server is case-sensitive - that's the usual fault.
PORTFOLIO
Approx 21*30cms Graphite pencil on Cartridge Paper.
the HTML code for the multiplication sign is "&-times-;" (without the hyphens) which gives a good clean serif-free cross.
The "Lion" page title is "match2large" - if you make it "Lion - graphite pencil drawing" or similar the search engines will index it much more easily and give it a higher ranking. They can't see the picture - you have to tell them....

A standard dial-up account (mine's running at 33,600) is spending a lot of time downloading a lot of white with a match in the centre. You could try having a table cell sized to your current image size, code the background as white then crop your "match" image right down to the match and position it centrally. It'll load like lightning and look the same. Same goes for the Lion.

Don't forget the Internet is International..... Leeds, West Yorkshire, England (or Great Britain or UK) might be better. Not everyone knows where that is. I do of course because I only live about 30 miles away.
