"Question about vision"

I have been noticing that while doing some sample charts that after staring at one area my eyes start going in and out of focus. Have any of you had this problem? Is there any tricks that you use to avoid this from happening?

1. "RE: Question about vision"

sometimes when I have been concentrating for a long time when I draw, particularly if it's up close and detailed, my eyes have this little spaz where they go crazy from side to side. Not quite your experience I guess, but I have no idea if there is anything to stop it. I think I'm straining my eyes and this is their reaction, perhaps yours is a similar response to stress. It could also be one of those weird tricks your eyes play on you, similar perhaps to those magic eye pics, have u seen them?
Anyway, now I'm just spouting nonsense, I'm sure
