Wonderful work! The curves and form in your leather are amazing. I can feel the folds and weight of it. Not much to comment on. It's a strong piece.
You may want to suggest variation in the shadow as it falls across the bridge of his nose under the brim. The same may be true for his temple as it moves back from the brow bone over his eye, to his ear and hairline that tucks under his cap. Flattening is the enemy! (Ignor my suggestions if scanning missed your subtleties.)
