Quote Well done...he is so beautiful...I don't think you could improve on perfection.
vickie

Thank you Vickie..., but I can see several places that could do with a little 'tweeking'... but I am afraid of overworking it.

but keep saying those nice things!

Hi Linda, sorry to hear about your cut - don't ya hate that, especially when you're on a roll. Well, Mr, Koala can keep you company while you're mending and give you inspiration for doing another when you're all better! Well done on your drawing I am in awe.

Let us know when you get back at it.

Mr. Bear is looking good! And there's something about his expression that just grabs attention... it's as though he's just popped up and he's happy to see you - with just a touch of apprehension.

I like the way you've handled the detail in the white areas - just enough detail to tell the story but not too much so it appears unreal. Nice use of shadow too around the edges.

The textural contrasts between the gum leaves and Mr. Bear's hair set each other off perfectly - and I really like the holes and "bites" out of the leaves - particularly the one next to the top that points to Mr. Bear's face.

It's a lovely drawing full of appeal and beautifully executed. You must be very pleased with it!

MIKE

...well, yes.

But everybodies support and help has given me the confidence to go ahead with getting this scanned and arranging limited printing. And maybe entering it in a competition or two.

Thank you all.
