"Hi Mike!"
Well, I'm so excited to see that you have taken this on. Maybe it will give me a shove at doing some new works. I'm going to post a few examples here <for those of you that have seen them, I'm sorry>

Mike helped me last year via the internet draw my kitten in the post. He was my first kitty drawing and my first time using clayboard (I highly DON'T recomend using clayboard with graphite... BIG pain in the derrier!) Steph www.warhorselover.com

Wonderful to see you here Steph! And thanks for posting some of your work - you have a interesting wide spread of styles, although each one fits its purpose well.
I haven't seen the painted horse one before. I'm not a great fan of painted or parti-colour horses but yours has a great feel to it. And I have to admit that our Badger (whose bum graces my new Cairn Terrier drawing) is actually a coloured horse and I'm extremely fond of him...... even though it looks as if someone has emptied a bucket of magnolia paint over his mane and neck!
