Sheila Ashlin is my name and I'm into interpreting and psychology in art. In a dream of flying, I see the woman as daring to go with a challenge in life: a Job promotion, or dating a man whose lifestyle is faster than hers, etc. It almost feels too good as she holds on to the "heights". I see the black mare as representing the powerful personal forces she is going with. I welcome comments about this thought, and also the painting as an art work.
