here is the first dead layer (well, first 1/3rd completed) of a copy of a painting i saw in the louvre. i have other oils, finished ones, and several portraits in various stages of completion, but i wanted to see if this works first.

Do you use the colors recommended for the dead layer in the 'Portrait of Anna' video?
If not, please lt me know what you are using. When I follow, or try to follow the instructions in the video, my dead layers end up a bit yellowish.
