"What it's worth"

I posted one of my drawings a while back and wanted to get opinions. I have been working on a piece and was able to get a few shots of it.. It's not finished but with the few captures that I was able to get of it I would like to get an opinion or 2. The pic. are not that great compaired to the life image but it's something to start with.

As to the drawing, I'm not sure what I'm seeing. Is this a very large piece and we see only a portion of it?
