nice stuff. really good foundation. you should pick up this jdhillberry book. your style of high contrast would prob really benefit from the blending techniques he espouses. i say this because i have seen a number of before and afters, enough to be a believer. hell, maybe ill buy it.

:do you know that i am your big fan" thats hilarious. maybe ill make it my signature. no offense marcelo. your english is way better than my italian.

Thank you Mike, Camellia, and verdaccio!
Yes, I know studying can make a lot of difference, and I did buy J. D. Hillberry's book recently. I haven't read much of it so far. I'm very busy right now and haven't been working on my Princess Diana portrait for a while. I also don't have much money to buy tools with, but I will try to buy some better things sometime. I did buy some graphite pencils and charcoal and used them on my Diana portrait, and it looks much better (contrast wise, at least) than my previous drawings.
