I love dream flowers, it's a great painting

He who works with his hands is a laborer. He who works with his hands and his head is a craftsman. He who works with his hands and his head and his heart is an artist.

Annie ..i just thought of something...i remember you saying you were thinking of taking art classes..?.and i dont think you need them...just because you are new to a medium doesnt mean that you are not a good artist...as these paintings prove,.....ill be checking back to see anything new you do

Absolute, thanks for your compliments!

The painting of Chris ( a very dear dear friend is also one of my favourites...). About the art classes, I am taking "life drawing classes" (you know with a model...) and it's another world! I need these classes you know, I don't know how to draw the human body in a whole... And I am fascinated by this kind of drawings... Having a model in front of you and drawing, drawing in company, sometimes time is short, is a great way of learning. I realized by peeking over my new colleagues shoulders that I have a great lack of basis... So.... when / if my drawings of the human body start to be showable... I'll be sure to post them in the drawing forum...

oh ok ..i understand,.. well so far i only have 2 books on drawing,...mr hillberrys and lee hammonds "drawing portraits from photos" ...lee hammond is well known for portraits and shows how to use a graph to draw any photo,,i wouldnt trade either book for nothing,..and she shows step by step how to draw people from photos,..but not from life,..so i understand why you would want the classes....BTW i did stop in to your site you and watercolor get along exellent!
take care

Nature is not something that can be seen by the eye alone- it lies also within the soul, in pictures seen by the inner eye.
