Background comes first...
This rule almost doesn't have exceptions in the "fast" technique.
First of all I have the students create a background. All the emotions are splashed
out right away and fill in the space of white paper. There is everything necessary
here. We only need to develop and to arrange the semantic details. The painting
is ready and it can be sent to an exhibition.
The Student is painting a winter landscape. Background comes first. Each further
plan overlays the previous one. Now she is painting a tree, which is overlaying
the distant plan. It is enabling us to avoid painting around the objects.
